THE INFORMER - OCTOBER 11, 2019

Unfortunately, new systems and processes are always painful no matter how much we try to get them to run smoothly.

We had some technical issues on Friday and unfortunately several things including the Informer did not go out as scheduled. We are working with the service provider to ensure things can proceed smoothly in the future. As well as working on backup methods for distribution in case we encounter further or future issues.

The Informer is scheduled to be sent out on Friday afternoons around dismissal time. You will also be able to find the latest issue on our website here.

Thank you for your patience!

FAMILY FALL FESTIVAL - OCTOBER 25th

Join us on Friday, October 25th at 6:30 for a FREE family fun event! We wanted to give our families another community play date in case you missed it this summer. Come hang out and catch up with your friends or take this chance to meet some new friends! We will have an inflatable bounce house, an inflatable obstacle course, and a slide.

Plan on a laid back event with a little something for everyone. On top of the inflatables, we will have some games like bean bag toss, Jenga, an assortment of board games, a quiet corner (if wild and crazy isn't your kiddo's thing), and of course, if the weather is good, there is always the playground!

We will also have some tasty treats and popcorn available for sale. It is CASH ONLY so please bring some small bills if you plan to enjoy our concession stand.

Remember - doors to the inside will NOT be open until 6:30, so plan accordingly.

We strive to have our events accessible to everyone in our community. Persons with disabilities who anticipate needing accommodations or who have questions about access may email us at Sandburg.Sarah@gmail.com in advance of the event.

SUSTAINABILITY CORNER

STUDENT GREEN TEAM
Thanks to Ms. Erin Subcleff for stepping up to run our student Green Team!!! She is an amazing person & teacher & will fill this role beautifully. Thank you Erin for helping our kids be leaders in Sustainability!

PLAYGROUND USA MAP REFRESH!
Huge thanks to artist Mini Griffin & her team of talented painters: our USA map on the playground is looking great! We were intending on accomplishing this before school started at our Community Serve Day, but for various reasons it couldn’t happen. Mini saved the day! And before the real rainy season too!
